• Is it possible to choose both photography and videography services at the same time?
No, these services are provided separately to ensure maximum attention and quality for each.

• Is it possible to choose between filming and drone services?
It depends on the situation. In some locations or conditions, a drone can be used in conjunction with filming, but this must be agreed upon in advance.

• Is it possible to choose between photography and drone services?
Usually yes, but it all depends on the location and weather conditions - we discuss this individually.

• Is it possible to order all services at the same time – photography, videography and drone?
No, we do not provide all services at the same time, because we strive for high quality in each area separately.

• Is it possible to book services on weekends?
Yes, reservations are also available on weekends - we recommend planning in advance.

• Can I film or use a drone anywhere?
Not everywhere. Drone use is restricted by local laws, especially in settlements or near strategic objects. We always evaluate the possibilities in advance.

• Can the content you create be used on social media or for advertising?
Yes, the content transferred to the client can be used for both personal and commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

• Does the client get a preview before the final version?
Yes, we provide a review and, if necessary, make corrections based on comments.

• Do you provide raw materials?
We usually provide the final processed content, but raw files can be obtained by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

• Do you issue an invoice?

Yes we do, for both large companies and small businesses.

Booking orders

Services are reserved at least 1 business day in advance, but it is recommended to contact at least 2 days in advance.
The order is considered confirmed only after clear coordination (in writing or by phone).
No advance payment is required, but the final material will not be transferred if the service has not been paid for.

Drone filming (249g class drone used)

Services can be combined, but not all combinations are possible - information on specific cases is provided in the FAQ section.

Material transfer

The final material is delivered within 2 business days to 2 weeks after filming/photographing - this depends on the complexity and workload of the project.
The content is provided via an electronic link (e.g. Google Drive, WeTransfer).
The material is stored for at least 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

RAW footage

RAW (unprocessed) material is the intellectual property of By Renaldas.
It is not included in the standard service and is not transferred unless expressly agreed in advance.
If the client requests RAW files, an additional fee applies. This service also includes:
- Prohibition of using content publicly, especially for commercial purposes, without consent.
- The condition that the author must be indicated as the creator of the content, unless otherwise agreed.
- When editing yourself, please do not use the author's name without approval.
The deadline and format for submitting RAW files are agreed individually.

Drone services

A 249g class drone is used, which does not require a license to fly in Lithuania.
The client is responsible for obtaining permits if filming takes place in restricted or protected areas (e.g. airfield zones, nature reserves).
The drone does not take off in bad weather conditions (rain, strong wind), so this service may be canceled. In such a case, the total price of the service is reduced.

Usage rights

The client acquires the right to use the created content for both personal and commercial use.
If the content is used publicly (e.g., on social networks, in advertising), please indicate the author - By Renaldas company, unless otherwise agreed.
By Renaldas company may use the created material in its portfolio, website or social networks only with the client's consent.
